On May 11, 2010, Yavapai County Development Services brought complaint against Adam Yellowbird DeArmon regarding the building and use of an Inipi, (Sweat Lodge). He was ordered not to use the Inipi and to dismantle the Inipi, a Military tent, and a large shade awning before July 13th or be fined $5,000. The judgment was that these were all buildings and that a building permit was not issued for any of them. Adam was ordered to formally request a building permit for the Inipi before constructing another one on this property.
