1) Today is 1 - Crocodile (Imix) which is the beginning of a new Tzolkin (260 day cycle).

4) Mayan Calendar Workshops - there are 2 classes being offered this weekend that I am aware of.

Dr. Calleman has a class in South Africa and Robert Hawk has a class in the UK.

5) Mayan 3D application for the I-Phone: http://www.maya3d.mobi/features Even if you don't have an I-Phone might be worth checking out the neat graphics and programming of this application that is displayed on their web site.
